1. What is your lead time for hampers?

Our standard lead time is 48–72 hours from order confirmation. If you need a hamper sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


2. Can I customise what goes into a hamper?

For orders of 5 hampers or more we can customise your hamper including items like a branded candle, branded sticker on your box etc. We can work with you to create a solution that works for your event, conference, staff celebration or whatever occasion you are looking for premium local gifts for.


3. Where are your products sourced from?

All of our products are sourced from small businesses, producers, and makers across the Central West NSW, supporting our local community and showcasing the region. This includes producers from locations like Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee, Oberon and more.


4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer pick up and local delivery within 8km of Bathurst Post Office. Delivery options and pricing will be confirmed when placing your order.


5. Can I include a personalised message?

Absolutely — we can include a handwritten note with your message to add a personal touch to your hamper.


6. Will the hamper contents always be the same?

As we source locally and seasonally, items may vary slightly. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater quality and value.
